Introduction/Background About 3,218 new cervical cancer cases are diagnosed annually (estimations for 2020) and the third most common female in women aged 15 to 44 years Korea. For more than a half century, cytology testing has been foundation screening burden of this disease. Cervical is now recognized be caused by persistent infection HPV which develop primarily as precancerous lesions then progress invasive cancer. Methodology The patients were selected Korean Cohort study followed-up at every 6-month intervals. Only who had tissue biopsy included study. We evaluated results cytology, DNA test, pathologic result compared with each other check up efficacy diagnosis between testing. This abstract was preliminary result. Results Conclusion use improved sensitivity better liquid-based or without colposcopy-based biopsy. It recommends an based test preferred method, rather currently commonly used methods detect pre-cancer lesions.
